HAT test stands for Higher Education Aptitude Test which is conducted by Educational Testing Council (ETC), which was established on January 25, 2017. HEC has made it mandatory for all graduates to clear HAT or GAT test to be eligible for admission in MS/M.Phil admissions. HAT is also required for commonwealth scholarship application to get admissions in MS or PhD in the United Kingdom.
