To conduct many Employment Tests for both public as well as private sectors, it has now assigned task to National Testing Service of Pakistan to conduct specific test to short-list applicants for recruitment purpose. The structure of this test is not specific. It may vary according to the requirement of the job. Generally, the tests consists of 4 sections; Quantitative, Verbal, Analytical, and I.Q/General Knowledge/Current Affairs. The Quantitative, Verbal & Analytical sections are similar to GAT (General) but may be little-bit more difficult like Local GRE (Commonwealth General Scholarship).
